The partnership between Altenar and Optimove provides powerful tools to enhance customer engagement through real-time data and AI-driven personalization. This article outlines the integration capabilities, detailing the processes for streaming, batch data, and recommendations.

Features Supported by Altenar Integration

The Altenar integration supports the following capabilities in Optimove:

  • Real-Time Streaming: Betting events are delivered to Optimove in real-time, ready to use for RT targeting.
  • Batch Data Integration: Optimove uses the same betting-event data to build richer segmentation and analytics-ready structures.
  • Optimove Personalize: Optimove Personalize can use the integrated betting-event data (and inventory data, when applicable) to generate personalized recommendations.

Real-Time Streaming

Real-time streaming enables Optimove to ingest betting events as they happen and immediately act on them. Each event is automatically translated into Optimove’s format, making it immediately available for your marketing activities.

Supported Events:

  • ootb_sports_bet_placed
  • ootb_sports_bet_settled

Key Benefits:

  • Trigger real-time campaigns based on user behavior.
  • Gain insight into recent activities for live personalization.

Integration Steps

  1. Coordinate with CSE: Reach out to your Optimove CSE, who will coordinate the setup and request the required information from Altenar.
  2. Access Credentials: Altenar will provide Optimove with access, including the Host/URL, Vhost, Username, and Password.
  3. Queue Configuration: Altenar provides the required queue names for bets.

Batch Data Integration

Once the real-time events are in place, Optimove will map them into a sports batch data integration. This enables rich, accurate segmentation for your campaigns.

Key Benefits:

  • More accurate customer targeting through advanced segmentation.
  • Smarter decisioning using predictive models.
Note: The integration does not support historical data load.

Integration Steps

  1. QA Phase: Optimove will conduct a quality assurance (QA) phase to verify the incoming data.
  2. Data Mapping: Once QA is complete, Optimove will map the data and create an ETL process based on these events.

Optimove Personalize

Optimove Personalize uses the integrated data to power AI-driven recommendations and predictions, where included in your contract.

Requirements: Betting events (via Real-Time Streaming) and Inventory data.

Integration Steps

  1. Request Setup: Reach out to your Optimove CSE to coordinate the setup and request information from Altenar.
  2. IP Whitelisting: Altenar must whitelist the following Optimove IPs: 108.129.2.155, 108.129.6.4, 34.137.111.133, 99.81.4.55, 209.206.12.14, and 85.255.16.133.
  3. Data Feed: Get the data feed service from Altenar with the integration value.
