Batch Data Integration
Data Delivery Method: Files, utilizing Optimove’s SFTP.
Integration Steps:
- SFTP Set Up & IPs Whitelisting: Optimove will whitelist Bragg’s IPs and create a dedicated SFTP environment. Please contact your project manager for credentials.
- Data Delivery & QA: Bragg will share historical data, which Optimove will pull to initiate the data QA phase.
- ETL Set Up: Bragg will automate the batch data process.
Once the data and ETL finalization milestone has been reached, the data will be ingested into Optimove for campaigns and segmentation. For the full details of the process and timelines, please reach out to your dedicated project manager.
Promo System Integration
Integrating Bragg Gaming with Optimove provides a powerful solution for managing promotions and customer data in a unified and efficient way. This integration supports both standard (non-conditional) and conditional execution, ensuring compliance and seamless bonus distribution.
Scheduled Campaigns – Standard (Non-Conditional) Execution
Scheduled campaigns using standard execution do not require pre-approval from Bragg’s system. These campaigns run automatically once scheduled in Optimove.
Integration Flow:
- Campaign Configuration: Define and schedule the campaign in Optimove.
- Customer Targeting: Optimove finalizes the eligible customer list internally.
- Bonus Distribution: Bragg distributes bonuses to the targeted customers as per campaign rules.
- Status Update: Use the Update Customer Promotion Status API to confirm delivery success per customer or in batches.
Scheduled Campaigns – Conditional Execution
Conditional Execution adds an approval layer between Optimove and Bragg Gaming before the campaign can be delivered, allowing Bragg’s promotion system to validate customer eligibility.
Integration Steps:
- Register Event Listener: Bragg registers an event listener (EventTypeID=5) to receive notifications about conditional scheduled campaigns.

Campaign Ready Notification: Optimove notifies the listener with the campaign ID and
ClearanceRequiredBytimestamp (the approval deadline). -
Retrieve Target Group: Bragg’s system retrieves eligible customers using the
GetProcessedCampaignCustomersAPI. -
Customer Approval: Bragg reviews and approves eligible customers using the
Update Customer Promotion StatusAPI. -
Campaign Execution: At the
ClearanceRequiredBytime, Optimove executes the campaign only for customers who were explicitly approved. Unapproved customers are excluded.
Customer Attributes API Integration
Bragg Gaming leverages Optimove’s Customer Attributes API to facilitate real-time updates and the creation of customer attributes, ensuring synchronized data for segmentation and campaign management.

Consent Management
Bragg Gaming supports consent management through the following methods:

IsOptinEmailfield. - API Attribute Updates: For real-time synchronization of customer preferences.

Unsubscribe Management: Unsubscribe links are hosted by Bragg. An
Unsubvalidationkey is used as an attribute and personalized within the unsubscribe link in emails.
Getting Started with the Integration
To enable this workflow, you must create an API key with ADMIN permissions and provide it to Bragg Gaming. Once the API key is configured, promotions created on Bragg's platform will synchronize with Optimove for integrated campaign management.
