The integration supports batch data transfer from Elantil to Optimove.

  • Batch Data Integration: Securely transfers comprehensive customer, transactional, and gaming activity data via a dedicated Amazon S3 bucket for use in Optimove.  

Batch Data Integration

The batch data integration allows Elantil to deliver data files to Optimove using a secure Amazon S3 bucket. Once the automated file drop is configured, the data is validated and processed through our ETL to power rich segmentation, personalization, and campaign targeting within your Optimove site.

Integration Steps

  1. Obtain & Share S3 Credentials
    • Action (Client): Coordinate with your Elantil representative to create a dedicated Amazon S3 bucket and obtain the necessary access credentials. 
    • Action (Client): Securely provide the following credentials to your Optimove Project Manager or Customer Success Manager (CSM):
      • Access Key ID
      • Secret Access Key
      • Bucket Name
    • Result: Optimove can establish a secure connection to the S3 bucket to retrieve data files.

  2. Automate Data Delivery & QA

    • Action (Elantil): Elantil's team will configure the automated, daily delivery of the required data files to the S3 bucket.
    • Action (Optimove): Optimove will retrieve the initial files and begin the data quality assurance (QA) process to ensure all data is correctly structured according to the schema.
  3. Activate ETL
    • Action (Optimove): Once the data is validated and the daily file drop is confirmed, Optimove will complete the ETL setup.
    • Result: Your Elantil data will be automatically ingested daily and made available within Optimove for segmentation and campaign use.
