The partnership between EveryMatrix and Optimove provides robust tools that empower clients to enhance customer engagement and drive more targeted campaigns. This article outlines the key integration points, detailing the processes and benefits of each integration.

Features Supported by EveryMatrix Integration

Our integration capabilities, supported by EveryMatrix, include:

  • Batch Data Integration: Secure historical data transfer and ETL automation.

  • Promo Integration: Seamless synchronization of promotions for scheduled and triggered campaigns — available only for EveryMatrix's clients with the bonus engine.
  • Real-Time Integration: Leverage Kafka events for immediate customer interactions — available only for EveryMatrix's DataHub clients.
  • Web Channel Integration (formerly OptiWeb): Engage customers via web push notifications, pop-ups, and inbox messages.

Batch Data Integration

Seamlessly transfer historical and transactional data to fuel data-driven campaigns and segmentation.

Note: The Bingo data is being provided through the Casino Bets and Casino Game Types tables. Any specific bingo attributes must be requested by the client as part of a custom request phase of onboarding.

Data Delivery Method: Files, utilizing Optimove's SFTP

Integration Steps:

  1. SFTP Setup:
    • Optimove provides a dedicated SFTP environment for secure file uploads.
    • Contact your project manager to set up and obtain the necessary details.
  2. Data Delivery & QA:
    • EveryMatrix uploads historical data files to the provided SFTP location.
    • Optimove retrieves the data and begins the quality assurance phase.
  3. ETL Setup:
    • EveryMatrix automates the batch data process.
    • Once data and ETL processes are finalized, the data is ingested into Optimove for enhanced campaign targeting and segmentation.

Promo Integration

One of the most valuable integrations available between EveryMatrix and Optimove is the ability to synchronize promotions from EveryMatrix directly into Optimove. This allows you to utilize Optimove's advanced segmentation and campaign orchestration to assign promotions within EveryMatrix's Bonus Engine.

  • Works for both scheduled and triggered campaigns.
  • Automatically syncs promotions to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.

Integration Steps:

  1. API Key Setup:
    • Create an API key with admin permissions in your Optimove API Key Management page.
    • Provide this key to your primary contact at EveryMatrix.
  2. Customer ID Matching:
    • Verify that the customer ID in Optimove aligns with EveryMatrix.
    • If discrepancies exist, contact your Optimove CSM to create attributes for EveryMatrix customer IDs.

Real-Time Integration with Kafka Events

For clients using EveryMatrix's Data Hub services, Optimove can leverage Kafka events to enable real-time customer interactions. These real-time events include:

Standard Events
These out-of-the-box events are already translated to the Optimove schema. Select an event to view its list of supported parameters:
