Batch Data Integration

Data Delivery Method: Files, utilizing Optimove's SFTP 

Integration Steps:

1. SFTP Setup: Optimove will create a dedicated SFTP environment. Please contact the project manager for the credentials.
2. Data Delivery & QA: Exalogic to share historical data. Optimove to pull the data and start the data QA phase.
3. ETL Setup: Exalogic to automate the batch data process. 

Once the data & ETL finalization milestone has been reached, the data will be ingested into Optimove for campaigns and segmentation.

Promo System Integration

Scheduled Campaign Execution Flow

The Exalogic promo integration with Optimove supports Conditional Execution, enabling seamless approval flows for campaign eligibility. Using this functionality, Optimove communicates with Exalogic's promotion system via API to ensure campaigns are executed only for customers who have been successfully assigned to the promotion. 

To enable this integration:

• Generate an API key for Exalogic – Follow this guide.
• Activate Conditional Execution – Contact your CSM.
• Test a Scheduled Campaign – Use Optimove’s Campaign Builder to validate.

Triggered Campaign Execution Flow

The Exalogic promo integration with Optimove enables real-time campaign execution. It assigns customers to promotions based on specific events or actions. This ensures promotions are delivered instantly and at the most relevant moment, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.

To enable this integration:

• Generate an API key for Exalogic – Follow this guide.
• Test a Real-Time Campaign – Configure and validate using Optimove’s Campaign Builder.
