Features Supported by Kambi

Our integration capabilities, supported by Kambi, include:

Batch Data Integration

Data Delivery Methods:

Historical data: Delivered via files using Optimove's SFTP environment.
Batch Data (ETL): Processed through Kambi's PASTA API, covering Coupon and Punter Risk topics.

Please Note: The PASTA API retains data for 14 days; therefore, historical data will be provided via files.

Integration Steps:

Data Connectivity
- SFTP Setup:
  - Optimove will create a dedicated SFTP environment
  - Kambi will upload historical data to the SFTP
- Pasta API Setup:
  - Kambi will whitelist Optimove's IPs
  - Optimove will generate two configuration files (dev and prod) and send the Certificate Signing Request (.csr) files to Kambi.
  - Kambi will return the Signed Certificate (.pem) file and provide relevant endpoints for both dev and production environments.
Data Delivery & QA
- Optimove will retrieve data from both sources and conduct a quality assurance (QA) phase.
- Once the data and ETL process is finalized, the data will be ingested into Optimove for campaigns and segmentation.

If CUSTOMERPUNTERID (Kambi's CID) does not match the PLAYERID in the client's other tables, a CID mapping table must be provided to Optimove.
Inform Optimove if timezone or currency conversion adjustments are required to ensure consistency with the PASTA API Data
