Optimove and Pragmatic Solutions work together to ensure a seamless implementation, allowing you to get up and running efficiently.

This article provides an overview of the integration process supported by Pragmatic and the key implementation steps. The supported features include:

  • Batch Data Integration
  • Bonus Integration (Scheduled and Real-Time)
  • Streaming Data Integration (Server Side)

Batch Data Integration

Data Delivery Method

Files, utilizing Optimove's SFTP

Integration Steps:

  1. SFTP Setup – Optimove sets up a dedicated SFTP environment and shares credentials.
  2. Data Delivery & QA – Pragmatic uploads data to the SFTP; Optimove pulls the data and starts the QA phase.
  3. ETL Setup – Pragmatic automates the batch data process.

Once the data and ETL finalization milestone is reached, the data will be ingested into Optimove for use in campaigns and segmentation.

Bonus Integration

This integration supports both scheduled and real-time campaigns. The promos should be created on Pragmatic’s platform and will be synchronized with Optimove’s platform.

Integration Steps

  1. API Key Generation: Follow the standard guidelines to generate the necessary keys.
  2. Register Listener: The Pragmatic team must register a listener to receive campaign notifications:
    • ET13 – for Scheduled campaigns
    • ET11 – for Triggered campaigns
  3. Sync Promotions: The Pragmatic team will sync their promotions using the following API requests:
    • AddPromotions – Adds promo codes and associated names
    • DeletePromotions – Removes previously added promo codes
  4. Retrieve Customer Lists: With every campaign, Pragmatic will receive the customer lists using the following API requests:
    • GetCampaignDetails – Returns details of a particular campaign
    • GetCustomerExecutionDetailsByCampaign – Returns an array of all customer IDs and the details associated with each customer for a particular campaign ID

Streaming Data Integration

The Pragmatic team should be granted Admin access to Optimove’s site to configure the necessary settings for production implementation.

Real-Time Implementation

To set up real-time event streaming, the following details must be provided (these will be supplied by Optimove after submitting the Real-time form):

  • Tenant ID
  • Tenant Token
  • Server-side endpoint
