Step 1: Choosing Your WhatsApp Sending Number
To use WhatsApp with Optimove, you first need a dedicated Sending Number connected to your WhatsApp Business account. With OptiText WhatsApp, you can either:
- Work with one of Optimove’s partner SMS vendors
or
- Use your own preferred vendor

Step 2: Creating Your First WhatsApp Campaign
Once your sending number is ready, you're all set to launch your first WhatsApp marketing campaign.
First, create a WhatsApp Template—a reusable message format approved by WhatsApp.
