Batch Data Integration

Seamlessly transfer historical and transactional data to fuel data-driven campaigns and segmentation.

Data Delivery Method: DB to DB connection, MySQL DB.

Integration Steps:

  1. DB Connection Setup:
    • Vegas Software will whitelist Optimove IPs and share the connection details.
    • Required details include: Host, UserName, Password, Port, and Database Name.
  2. Data QA:
    • Optimove will pull the data and start the data QA phase.
  3. ETL Setup:
    • Vegas Software automates the batch data process.
    • Once data and ETL processes are finalized, the data is ingested into Optimove for enhanced campaign targeting and segmentation.

Streaming Data Integration

Streaming Data Integration via reporting SDK events enables you to trigger actions that provide immediate value to your customers.

Key Capabilities:

  • Real-Time Campaigns: Create personalized marketing campaigns based on real-time events like customer logins or transactions.
  • Real-Time Attribute Updates: Update customer attributes instantly to reflect their latest activity or status (e.g., last deposit amount).
  • Web and App Activity Tracking: Enhance segmentation and targeting based on streaming events.

Integration Steps:

  1. Prerequisite Form:

    • Optimove will supply the relevant credentials after the form is submitted.
    • Share these credentials with your Vegas Software point of contact.
  3. Production Implementation:
    • Grant Vegas Software’s team Admin access to your site to configure the necessary settings for production implementation.

Email Consent Management

If you are using Email, Vegas Software can seamlessly update Email's consent management system using the Optimove API. This integration ensures that user consent preferences are always accurately updated.

    • Ask your CSM or Customer Solutions Engineer to provide a list of Brand IDs to be used for the integration.

Web Channel Integration

For clients using Web and the Vegas Software-managed front-end, this integration enables Web channels, including Web Push, Web Pop-up, and Web Inbox.

Integration Steps:

  1. Onboarding Request:
    • Submit a request form to enable the integration and trigger the onboarding process.
  2. Final Setup:
    • After onboarding, provide the Tenant Token and Tenant ID to your Vegas Software point of contact.

Promotion System Integration

Integrating your external promotion or bonus system with Optimove allows seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Through Optimove’s API, campaigns can automatically trigger promotional grants, ensuring personalized, timely offers.

Key Capabilities:

  • Scheduled Campaign Support: Automatically deliver promos to entire target segments at predetermined times.
  • Real‑Time Campaign Support: Push promotions instantly when customers meet defined triggers via Optimove’s Real-Time Triggers (formerly Track & Trigger) engine.
  • Promotion Synchronization: Add, update, delete, and fetch valid promo codes through a dedicated API, making them available in Optimove’s campaign builder.

Integration Steps:

  1. API Key Setup:
    • Request the integration setup from your Vegas Software point of contact and provide them with an API key.
  2. Support & Testing:
    • Consult your Optimove Customer Solutions Engineer for use case support, if needed.
    • Once the partner confirms that the integration is complete, you can begin testing.

Transactional Email Integration

If you are using an Optimove Email transactional account, you can leverage Vegas Software to send automated transactional emails. The email templates are created and managed directly in Optimove under the Manage Templates section. This setup ensures a seamless process for sending transactional emails, fully integrated with Optimove’s capabilities and managed efficiently through Vegas Software.

Key Capabilities:

  • Visual and HTML Editors: Build email templates using either a full HTML editor or a drag-and-drop Visual Template Editor with ready-made components for quick setup.
  • Advanced Personalization: Use Optimove’s Personalization Tags to tailor messages based on customer data, and apply conditional logic with if/then/else rules for deeper customization.
  • Seamless Integration with Customer Data: Directly access your Optimove customer database to personalize content without leaving the platform.

Integration Steps:

  1. Email Onboarding Request:
    • Submit an Optimove Email request form.
  2. Optimove Setup:
    • Optimove allocates a new IP address for your sending domain and creates the necessary DNS records.
  3. Client Implementation:
    • Implement the DNS records in your domain hosting provider.
  4. Email Configuration:
    • The Email channel is added to your Optimove UI, and the DNS records are verified.
  5. Template Build:
    • Build templates using the Visual or HTML Editor in the “Transactional” account type.
    • Use the TRANS: prefix for personalization tags.
  6. API Key Setup:
    • Create an API key with Transactional permissions and share it with Vegas Software. Vegas Software will trigger emails via direct API calls from their backend.
    • Share the personalization tags you intend to use in the templates with your CSM (for example, FIRST_NAME, BALANCE, FORGOT_PASSWORD_URL).
