Welcome to the AI Insights Agent (formerly Optibot) feed! AI Insights Agent is Optimove’s AI assistant. It provides you with actionable personalization and optimization recommendations that will help you improve your campaigns at a click of a button. AI Insights Agent analyzes patterns in your campaigns and customer behavior and surfaces insights. To get the most out of AI Insights Agent, make it a habit to check up on these insights regularly. 1) For example, in this card, AI Insights Agent identified a winning action in your A/B test, giving you the ability to drop the losing action and allocate all customers to the winner with a click of a button. 2) Here, AI Insights Agent identified a group of churned customers, who recently visited your website and therefore have a higher likelihood of reactivating. You can create a target group with these customers by clicking here so that you can target these churned customers with a personalized campaign. 3) AI Insights Agent will also let you know if your recurring campaigns are not effective, as presented in this card. You can stop this campaign and try a different tactic for this target group. These are just a few examples of the different recommendations you will be getting once AI Insights Agent starts populating insights in your instance. You can also mark insights that are particularly interesting by clicking on the star icon here in the top right corner of the card. Starred insight cards will remain in your feed until you decide to implement them or dismiss them. You can use the Show Starred option to filter by your starred insight cards. And the Archived section here contains any unstarred cards that were created more than 10 days ago. Remember that it takes AI Insights Agent a few days to learn about your customers and campaigns.
