Recommendations
- By default, Outlook desktop does not display animation, and as a result, Outlook desktop users can't can't see the effect. Regardless, the Dynamic CTA button should appear as a static image and look good. The Optimove DynamicMail team can help you to create conditional code to replace images in Outlook applications only.
- We recommend using images smaller than 400 pixels in width for all special effects components. This will ensure images remain sharp across devices.
Fallback Behavior
A static image will be displayed (this is only the case for some versions of Outlook).
