Custom Development
The following scenarios can be supported by our team through Custom Development:
Content Feed
If you have content in a feed (such as a JSON or RSS feed), the DynamicMail team can populate the Fade Image Effect with images and links from the feed. The frequency of new content would be predetermined and would be reflected upon email open.
Recommendations
- This component is an animated GIF that can only contain a single link.
- The allowed image durations are between 1 and 10 seconds.
- As some versions of Outlook do not support animation, only the first image will be displayed for those users. It is recommended to keep this in mind when creating the fade.
- It is recommended to use images smaller than 400 pixels in width for sharper images.
Fallback Behavior
The component is not supported in Outlook and therefore, only the first frame will be displayed. For the list of components and their supporting ESPs, click here.
