In July ‘22 we acquired Graphyte, a real-time content personalization platform that enables brands to deliver real-time AI-powered content recommendations to their customers across any channel and touchpoint.
And we’re kicking off 2023 with more enhancements to our Customer-Led Marketing Platform – OptiText, our native SMS solution.

Maximize ROI from SMS
SMS messages have an impressive 98% open rate and 95% of them are read within 2 minutes. Additionally, 54% of consumers prefer to receive promotions via SMS. This makes SMS a highly effective marketing channel.
SMS is marketers’ best friend, not just because of the high engagement stats, but also because you can write a personalized text message in a matter of minutes, even during the halftime of a football match, and deliver them instantly.
We also know that SMS is a relatively expensive CRM marketing channel, as you pay a few cents for every message you send. This is why choosing the right audience to send the right message to, at the right time, is even more critical with these campaigns.

Reactivating Churned Customers
Reactivating churned customers is cheaper and easier than acquiring new ones – the fact that they have already converted and that you have rich historical data about them makes their potential future lifetime value double that of New customers.
Since churned customers are less likely to open emails (they might even have opted-out at some point), sending them promotions through SMS is a good way to make sure they receive your message.
Pro Tip: We recently launched a new predictive model, reactivation rate, that allows you to allocate your promotional budget according to the likelihood of the customers to reactivate. I highly encourage you to leverage it in your reactivation campaigns.

Customers who are showing signs of churn are the ones you should treat with dedicated care. Especially if they are top spenders. With 98% Open Rate, SMS is the best way to ensure they receive their special offers that will get them back on track.
One more Pro Tip 😃: since we released our new Risk of Churn model, we see that brands who utilize it reduced churn at a double rate than the ones who don’t. So, in case you haven’t already – I strongly encourage you to add this predictive model as a condition to your target groups.
