Hi,
Back in October, we gave you a sneak peek to a series of UI changes that were coming up; sharing our vision to provide you with the best user experience when creating, orchestrating, and optimizing campaigns.
Now, I am happy to announce we have delivered on that promise, with the roll-out of three new dashboards to provide you with a simpler, more delightful Optimove experience. Each dashboard provides you with different data visualizations, helping you get instant access to campaign insights, share outcomes with your teams, and uncover new optimization opportunities to maximize your ROI, all while saving you time in doing so.
In this edition of our Product Magazine, we will go through the latest and greatest UI changes we’ve made over the last couple of months, and what more you can look forward to.
Cheers,
Shai Frank, VP Product

Live: The Mission Control Dashboard
Did you know that the median Optimove client sends ~300 weekly campaigns? With such scale, analyzing all your campaigns can be a tough job.
This is why we released the Mission Control Dashboard – to provide you with data visualizations that reveal hidden campaign insights, saving you time and effort before diving into each individual campaign.
Each widget is a different piece of the puzzle of your overall campaign strategy, allowing you to see whether you are achieving your goals, and how you can optimize your marketing activities. For example, which execution channels did you use? Are you using more single channel or multi-channel campaigns?
If you notice you’ve sent a higher proportion of single channel campaigns, perhaps this is an opportunity to take advantage of all our native channels (email, mobile, SMS, and web). After all, multichannel campaigns prove to be 37% more effective than single channel ones.
So, whether you’re strategizing a new campaign or simply presenting your findings to your team, optimization just got easier with the Mission Control Dashboard.

Rolling Out: The OptiMail Dashboard
Engaging with your customers across multiple channels is key. That being said, we know email is still king, with Optimove clients sending over 21 billion emails last year, a 37% year-on-year increase from 2021 to 2022.
With this in mind, we created the OptiMail Dashboard dedicated to your email marketing efforts, allowing you to analyze the performance of your OptiMail campaigns in one glance.
As you know, Optimove looks beyond metrics like opens and clicks, with measuring incrementality (aka “uplift” or “increase”) to help you evaluate the true impact of your campaigns. If you’re looking to demonstrate why you should measure incrementality instead of (or at least in addition to) direct email revenue, the OptiMail Dashboard will put an end to the debate. With an instant comparison of ‘Direct Response’ vs. Increase, you will be able to quickly analyze the difference between using a last-touch attribution model and a multi-touch attribution model.
The Dashboard also enables you to visualize all of the standard email metrics, from “sent” all the way to “clicked”, as well as trends over time.
So, for all you email lovers out there, we are gradually rolling out the new OptiMail Dashboard over the coming weeks. You'll be notified as soon as it’s available in your instance.
And if you’re interested in learning more OptiMail, feel free to reach out to us.

Coming Soon: The Main Dashboard
To top it all off, we will be releasing an all-new Main Dashboard, providing you with insightful widgets for a combination of customer and campaign insights.
From the KPI Overview to measuring Target Group Size Distribution, you can unlock insights into how well you’re personalizing your customer experience.
Now if you’re thinking to yourself, these widgets are great, but I’d like to build my own dashboard – not to worry. Very soon the Main Dashboard will be fully customizable, allowing you to pick and choose from a range of widgets presenting different KPIs that matter the most to you.
Even better, if you’re looking to get an overview of your marketing activities on the go, the Main Dashboard will also be available directly on your mobile.
So, if you were wondering how Optimove helps marketers improve campaign efficiency by 88%, now you know.
