As a user of OptiMail, you have access to several additional attributes and selection criteria that can help you when building your target groups.
These additions provide you with unique capabilities. For example, you can create target groups based on customers’ specific engagement such as all customers who opened a particular email during the past 14 days.
Below we will detail the attributes and selection criteria that are available for you.
OptiMail-Specific Attributes
Once the OptiMail integration is set up, these attributes will be added to your site:
- Days Since Last Clicked – the number of days since the customer’s last customer’s click on an OptiMail campaign.
- Days Since Last Opened - the number of days since the customer opened an OptiMail campaign.
- OptiMail Unsubscribed – equals the brand’s name. Use this attribute to exclude customers who unsubscribed from your OptiMail campaigns.

Additionally, the Engagement Activity criterion is added to the selection criteria.
