Priority View allows you to determine which target groups take precedence when customers are included in multiple target groups that have campaigns scheduled on the same day.
To prioritize target groups, simply drag them to be higher on the list. You may also type a number to position the selected target group at the desired location. If you type a number greater than the highest current target group priority, the system will automatically move the target group to be last in the list with the appropriate priority number.
Also, you are able to use the quick find, display only filtered groups, and change the priority by typing the number to position the selected target group at the desired location.
You may select multiple target groups at the same time by clicking each of the desired target groups while holding the Ctrl key. When multiple target groups are selected, you may drag them as a group, or type the desired position number for the first selected target group (the system will automatically move all selected target groups to the specified position in the list).
