Draw subscribers' attention to any image with an animated zoom-in that brings the target image front and center for a can't-miss presentation.
Settings Configuration
To set up the Zoom Component:
- Go to Create Component.
- Choose “Zoom”.
- Give your newly-created component a unique name.
- Fill out the rest of the details, including:
- Responsiveness type
Choose "fluid," to stretch the component to fit the width of the screen, or "fixed" to maintain the specified width of the component in all devices. - The image
- The click-through URL (optional)
- Responsiveness type
- Click on the "Update Preview" button to update the content in the preview section.
- Click “Generate Code” to generate the embed code.
- Input your email address under “Email Test” to send yourself an email with the component.
Common Use Cases
Custom Development
The following scenarios can be supported by our team through Custom Development:
Pan and Zoom
Currently, the Creator allows you to zoom into the center of the image. If desired, the DynamicMail team Can modify the component to zoom into a non-centered designated point.
Recommendations
- As Outlook does not support animation, the uploaded image will be displayed for those users. It is recommended to keep this in mind when creating the Zoom component.
- We recommend using images smaller than 400 pixels for all special effects components as it will lend to sharper images.
- Choose images for the zoom component carefully, as the effect zooms into the center of the image by default.
Fallback Behavior
