As our Data teams work to build your Customer Model, we provide you with access to the Optimove platform, giving you a head start at preparing and configuring your initial site. This will enable you to familiarize yourself with the platform all while starting to execute limited campaigns while we complete the data preparation process. Once your data is ready, you will then be fully equipped to utilize Optimove to its full potential.
Implementation & Onboarding
In the first stages after signing with Optimove, your initial site will be launched and configurations and preparations can begin. This includes:
- SDKs Implementation (OptiMobile, Real-Time Triggers (formerly Track & Trigger))
- API integrations
- Third-Party Integrations
- Mobile channels configuration (OptiMobile)
- OptiMail configuration
- User management e.g., set admins, create API users
- IP Warm-up (OptiMail)
What can I do on my initial site?
Once your initial site is set up, you will be able to execute general campaigns using the data collected from the IP warm-up and SDK integration. This means you can:
- Build campaigns by creating templates and actions
- Execute campaigns to customers included in the IP warm-up
- Execute triggered campaigns by setting up events and triggers
- Create events-based target groups using Web & App activity
- Analyze campaigns using channel metrics e.g. delivery rate, clicks, opens
