Conditional Execution for Triggered Campaigns (Now Scalable)

We’ve fully rebuilt our Conditional Execution for Triggered Campaigns and it’s now fully asynchronous and horizontally scalable, built to handle any volume, from boutique campaigns to enterprise-scale rollouts. Insert an approval checkpoint between Optimove and your systems so you only send campaigns to customers who meet your business logic (promotion eligibility, compliance checks, etc.).

Use Conditional Execution to:

• Notify your system when a trigger fires, sending customer and campaign context
• Let your API validate eligibility within a configurable timeout (default: 5 sec)
• “Approve” to send the campaign; “Deny” (or timeout) to drop it for that customer

Please note: This is not yet supported for Web Pop-Up campaigns.
