Monitor Performance with New Mobile Push & SMS Dashboards
We’ve added two new dedicated dashboards to Mission Control, providing deeper performance and deliverability insights for your Mobile Push and SMS channels. Designed to mirror the capabilities of our existing Email dashboard, these new views allow you to track engagement with the same level of granularity you rely on for email.
Key enhancements include:
- Unified Reporting: Consistent matching columns and filters across Email, SMS, and Mobile Push for a seamless cross-channel view.
- Deeper Deliverability: Quickly identify delivery issues or trends specific to your mobile campaigns.
Instant Visibility with the 'Today's Campaigns Statuses' Widget
We’ve introduced a new Today's Campaigns Statuses widget to your main dashboard. This widget gives you an immediate pulse check on your daily operations the moment you log in, showing the execution status of all campaigns scheduled for the current day.
The widget features an Execution Success Rate metric, calculating the success ratio of executed campaigns (excluding those still scheduled or processing). Coming soon, you'll also be able to click directly on a status percentage to filter Mission Control by that specific status for quick troubleshooting.
Note: This widget displays data for the current day only and does not adhere to the global dashboard date filter.
Gamification Goes Multi-Region
Our Gamification suite (Adact) now fully supports a standalone US region. This infrastructure update ensures better performance, scalability, and data compliance for our North American partners by providing an environment completely independent from the EU region.
How it works:
The platform now automatically detects your tenant's region and seamlessly redirects you to the correct environment (US or EU) when you access the module via the App Switcher.
This update is now live. New US-based tenants will be created in the US environment by default.
Track AI Impact & Best Practices with New Dashboard Widgets
We’ve added two powerful new widgets to the main dashboard, giving you instant visibility into your strategic value and measurement standards the moment you log in.
- Self-Optimizing Campaigns Benefit: See the average optimization uplift (%) generated by your AI-driven campaigns at a glance. A built-in link takes you directly to the relevant campaigns driving these results.
- Campaign Types & Control Usage: A new breakdown showing your overall Control Group usage, split by campaign type (Recurring, One-Time, and Triggered). This helps ensure you are consistently measuring lift across all activities.
Enhance Your Banners with Smart Content Improvements
We’ve upgraded Smart Content to give you more control over how data is displayed and utilized in your banners, ensuring a more localized and relevant experience for your customers.
- Brand-Level Time Zone & Locale: You can now configure time zones and date formats at the brand level. This is especially impactful for Sports customers, allowing raw event timestamps (e.g., 2025-10-13 20:15:00-04:00) to automatically render as user-friendly formats (e.g., 10/13/25, 8:15 PM) in your banners.
- Expanded Merge Tags: We’ve unlocked more product metadata for use in your creatives. You can now pull in fields like "supplier", "on sale", and other optional data from the "Extra" inventory field to create richer, more detailed banners.
Action Required: Existing sports customers (onboarded before Dec 1st) should submit a ticket to CSE to configure their desired Time Zone and Locale. New customers will have this set during onboarding.
