Now Live: Unified Login for Optimove & Opti-X (SSO)

We're excited to announce that our Unified Login for Optimove and Opti-X is now live! This enhancement simplifies access between the two products.

If you use both platforms, you can now log into your Opti-X account using your existing Optimove credentials, eliminating the need to juggle multiple logins. This creates a more seamless experience, especially for cross-platform features like Data Connections and Banners, where authentication into Opti-X now happens automatically based on your Optimove login.

Key benefits for you:

• Streamlined Access: One login for both products means faster, smoother workflows.
• Enhanced Efficiency: Jump between platforms and use features like Data Connections and Banners without re-authenticating.

Important Note: Access to Opti-X still depends on brand-level permissions. Your Optimove credentials alone will not grant access unless your user account has at least one tenant ID linked to an Opti-X brand.
