This classic puzzle format challenges players to find and match pairs or groups of items. It's an excellent way to showcase your products, services, or brand icons in a fun, interactive, and memorable way.
Configuring Your Match 3 Game
You can configure the unique rules and visuals for this game from the 'Game' screen editor.
Game Icons and Board Setup
This is where you define the core of your game: the playing board and the icons to be matched.
- Board Size: Choose the dimensions of your game board by setting the width and height (e.g., 6x6, 7x7, or 8x8 icons).
- Game Icons: Click on the default icons to upload your own branded images. You can upload multiple files at once by dragging and dropping them. The system will automatically populate the board.
- Icon Size: Use the slider to adjust the size of the icons to fit your design.
Game Rules
Define the conditions for playing and winning the game.
- Game Length: Set a time limit for how long each round lasts.
- End Condition: You can choose to have the game end when the timer runs out, or enable the option for the game to end as soon as a specific "Maximum score" is reached.
Sounds
You can add background music and sound effects to make your Match 3 game more immersive. To begin, ensure the main 'Enable audio' toggle at the top of the sound settings is switched on.
Background Music
Upload an audio file (e.g., MP3) to play during the game. Note that this music will play only while the user is on the Game Screen, overriding any general background music you may have set for the rest of the campaign.
Sound Effects
Add custom sound effects for specific game actions. For the Match 3 game, you can set a sound for the 'Points scored', which is the noise that will be made when the tiles have been matched successfully.
Sound Control Button
When audio is enabled, a sound control button (mute/unmute) is automatically shown to the user. You can customize its appearance and behavior:
- Button Icons: Upload your own images for the 'Sound ON' and 'Sound OFF' states of the button.
- Position: Use the sliders to adjust the button's vertical and horizontal position on the screen.
- Default State: Choose whether the sound should be on or off by default when a user first loads the campaign.

- Design a beautiful landing page: Learn how to edit your campaign's start and end screens.
