Navigate with Ease: Independent Zooming in Streams
Managing complex, wide-reaching customer journeys just got a lot easier. You can now zoom in and out of the Stream canvas independently, without scaling the rest of the Optimove interface.
Previously, zooming would affect the entire browser page, often capping the Stream's width and making it difficult to view expansive flows. Now, the canvas behaves as a dedicated workspace.
- Contextual Control: When your cursor is inside the canvas, zoom actions apply only to the Stream. Move your cursor outside the canvas to use standard browser zoom.
- Fluid Interactions: Supports scroll wheel zoom, trackpad pinch (Mac), keyboard shortcuts, and a "Reset to 100%" option.
- Visibility: Available for all tenants running version 9.189.0.52 and up.
Your Data, Your Way: Dashboard Personalization
Every marketer has different priorities. With our new Dashboard Personalization, you can now tailor your main workspace to show exactly what you need to see.

We’ve updated Optimove Promotions (formerly Opti-X) to give you more strategic control over your budget. When a promotion includes an audience cap, you no longer have to rely on random selection.

Gain a clearer picture of your promotional performance with the new Promotion Redemption Visibility. You can now report redemption data back to Optimove via API to see exactly how many assigned rewards were actually used.
This update introduces a Redemptions column directly in the Promotions page, offering at-a-glance performance tracking. Whether you run global, tiered, or highly personalized promotions, you can now sync this data on your preferred cadence (real-time or batch) to measure true campaign success.
