Ask Inside the Platform: OptiGenie
Closed Beta: OptiGenie is available to selected beta clients. Let your Customer Success Manager know if you would like to take part.
Some teams would rather not leave the platform to work with AI, and some are not using an external assistant at all. OptiGenie brings AI-assisted workflows inside Optimove, so you can ask questions about performance and draft work in plain language without adopting a new tool.
- Questions in plain language: ask about performance and your data without waiting in an analyst queue
- Draft conversationally: create campaigns, Target Groups, templates, and promotions through conversation
- Same layer, same governance: OptiGenie uses the same Optimove MCP layer, creates drafts only, and enforces your existing permissions
Every Send Gets Smarter: AI Content Decisioning Agent
Manual A/B testing is no longer the only way to find your best-performing creative. The Optimove AI Content Decisioning Agent tests content variations for you and continuously shifts delivery toward the version that performs best, so optimization keeps running after launch instead of stopping at the test window.
- Variations anywhere in the template: add content variations to subject lines, body copy, and calls to action
- Multichannel testing: test and optimize variations across Email, SMS, and Mobile Push Notification
- Results where you already look: monitor performance in Mission Control and in the AI Decisioning Studio
- Set once, keep optimizing: define your variants once and let the AI Agent decide which version each customer receives
One Goal, Every Agent: AI Decisioning Studio
Closed Beta: AI Decisioning Studio is available to selected closed beta clients and currently requires Campaign Execution 2.0. Talk to your Customer Success Manager if you would like to be considered.
Until now, each decisioning agent optimized its own slice of the customer experience. The AI Decisioning Studio introduces the Strategy, a container that groups related campaigns under one shared Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goal so the agents work toward the same outcome and you can measure the result at program level instead of campaign by campaign.
- Strategies with a shared goal: group campaigns under one Strategy and set a single KPI goal for all of them
- Agents working together: the AI Journey Decisioning and AI Offer Decisioning Agents plus Send Time Optimization all contribute to the same Strategy, with AI Content Decisioning coming soon
- Program-level reporting: track KPI impact and AI coverage across the whole Strategy
Momentum from Minute One: Day 0 Streams
Day 0 Streams is now generally available to all clients running Campaign Execution 2.0. It lets you act on a customer's very first day, so a new registration, first deposit, or first purchase can trigger a stream immediately rather than waiting for the next daily cycle.
- Generally available: open to all clients, with Campaign Execution 2.0 as the only requirement
- First-day journeys: welcome, onboarding, and activation streams start the moment the customer appears
- No waiting on the batch: new customers enter the stream without a delay for the next daily run
Built-In Patience: Wait for Event Split in Streams
The Wait for Event split is now generally available to all clients. Instead of guessing how long to pause before the next step, you can hold customers at a point in the stream until a specific event happens, then branch on whether it happened within your window.
- Event-based branching: split the stream on whether a customer performed the event you are waiting for
- Fewer wasted messages: stop the follow-up when the customer has already done what you wanted
- Available to all clients: no enablement needed
Many Campaigns, One Action: Bulk Actions in Mission Control
Mission Control now supports acting on several campaigns at once. Select the campaigns you need with checkboxes and apply a single action to all of them, which saves a lot of clicking when you are recovering from a delayed or failed run.
- Multi-select with checkboxes: pick any set of campaigns in Mission Control
- Run Today's Occurrence: trigger today's occurrence for every selected campaign at once, which is ideal after a failed or delayed run
- Add to Strategy: add selected campaigns into a Strategy in bulk, available alongside the AI Decisioning Studio beta
Note: Bulk Actions is on a gradual rollout for clients running Campaign Execution 2.0. Ask your Customer Success Manager if you would like your account added sooner.
Four Ways to Level Up: Optimove Minigames Update
Four new capabilities landed for Optimove Minigames campaigns, and all of them are already available to clients with Minigames enabled.
- Target Group selection: restrict a Minigames campaign to players in one or more Target Groups, such as VIPs, a region, or a loyalty tier. Players outside the selected Target Groups see an error screen instead of the game, and the copy is fully customizable under Landing Page, then Extras, then Errors
- Prize sets per Target Group: one campaign can carry several prize sets, each tied to a different Target Group, so you no longer duplicate a whole campaign just to change the prizes. Set 1 is the default and fallback, and every additional set requires a Target Group
- Dynamic participation limits: a new Dynamic option under Participation Limit Per Player. Every Customer ID starts with one attempt per campaign, and a new API grants extra attempts, so you can reward real-time behavior with additional plays
- Global prize management: a new Global Prizes view where you fetch and sync your Optimove Promotions into Minigames once, then reuse them across every campaign. Custom key and value metadata can be attached to each synced prize for use in custom webhooks

Batch on Your Schedule: Batch Process Trigger and Resume APIs
Two new APIs put the daily batch process in your hands. You can start the day's run as soon as your data files are in rather than waiting for the scheduled hour, and you can recover a stopped run yourself instead of opening a support ticket. Both are available to all clients.
- TriggerDaily: starts the day's batch process on demand, right after your daily files finish uploading. A successful trigger replaces that day's scheduled run rather than duplicating it
- ResumeETLFailedDaily: when the daily run stops on one of Optimove's data checks, a single call gets it moving again from where it stopped
- Missing files: if not all expected files were uploaded, upload the missing ones and retry continues the run and processes the data as usual
- Volume below the daily average: if the day's data arrived well below the expected volume, Optimove pauses rather than process suspect data. Re-send complete data and retry, or use skip if the low volume is genuinely expected

Missions Planned with AI: Optimove Gamify in Optimove MCP
Optimove Gamify is now AI-enabled through Optimove MCP. You can plan a whole loyalty concept in conversation, and the AI Agent will look at the events you already track before proposing anything, which makes it a fast way to get a new loyalty program off the ground.
- Plan a concept end to end: ask for a set of missions around a theme, for example a specific tournament or seasonal moment, and get proposed events, rewards, levels, and badges back
- Grounded in your own events: the AI Agent takes your existing tracked events into account rather than inventing a scheme that does not fit your data
- Publishing creates the entities: once you publish, the proposed entities are created in your Optimove Gamify environment
- AI-enabled going forward: new Optimove Gamify features arrive with Optimove MCP capabilities unless stated otherwise
Note: Missions are created as drafts, so you activate them manually after review. Optimove MCP cannot edit or delete existing Optimove Gamify entities.
