Sharper Targeting: Product Affinity in Target Group Discovery
We've expanded Target Group Discovery with a powerful new capability — Customers with Product Affinity — giving you a smarter way to find and engage the right audience.
Previously, Target Group Discovery offered Deposit/Purchase Affinity, which identifies customers most or least likely to make a deposit or purchase. Now, powered by Optimove Personalize recommendation models, you can also target customers based on their predicted interest in a specific product or game.
- Product-Level Precision: Select a product or game from your catalog and instantly surface the customers most likely to engage with it.
- Flexible Audience Sizing: Use the affinity slider to define your Target Group size by selecting the top X customers ranked by affinity score.
- Seamless Integration: Clients with this feature enabled will see a new Customers with Product Affinity card on the Target Group Discovery landing page, while existing clients retain their current view.
See It in Real Time: Event Data Explorer for Channel Clients
The Event Data Explorer is now available for Optimove Channels clients, providing a real-time window into events produced by a live Event Generator. Whether you're validating campaign triggers or troubleshooting data flows, this tool gives you the visibility you need, without relying on backend teams.
- Event Volume at a Glance: See how many events fired within a given time window, how many customers were targeted, and compare against actual execution.
- Drill Into the Details: Explore individual event records and the data payload behind each event.
- Filter by Customer: Enter a specific Customer ID to view that customer's event history and content in isolation.
Campaign Clarity: Optimove Activity Summary Widget
Get a quick, consolidated view of your marketing activity with the new Optimove Activity Summary widget, now available in Dashboard Personalization.
Add it to your personalized dashboard to instantly see key campaign metrics for your selected timeframe — all in one place:
- Unique Campaigns — the number of distinct campaigns running in the period.
- Campaign Occurrences — total executions across all campaigns.
- Running Streams — active journeys currently in motion.
- Target Groups Targeted — the number of distinct Target Groups engaged.
- Unique Actions — distinct message actions sent.

A Scheduled / Triggered / Both toggle lets you filter the view to match exactly what you're monitoring.
Smarter Channel Targeting: Channel Eligibility
Running multichannel campaigns just got significantly more efficient. Channel Eligibility lets marketers define rules that determine which customers are eligible for each messaging channel, and once configured, those rules apply automatically to all scheduled campaigns.
No more repeating eligibility logic in every Target Group, or building duplicate single-channel campaigns to work around it.

- Save Time: Define eligibility conditions once in Settings; they apply across every scheduled campaign automatically.
- Simplify Orchestration: Manage multichannel eligibility from a single place, rather than campaign-by-campaign.
- Improve Reporting Accuracy: Since eligibility is applied before execution, analytics reflect only actually eligible customers, no manual filtering required.
- Maximize Reach: Customers excluded from one channel's campaign remain available to receive other campaigns, keeping engagement opportunities open.
Rules are configured in Settings → Channel Eligibility by admin users and work across all channels, including Optimove native channels and third-party integrations.
