Managing campaigns one at a time slows you down when the same change needs to reach many of them at once. Bulk Actions in Mission Control lets you select multiple campaigns and apply the same action to all of them in a single click.

This is especially useful for recovery scenarios — for example, when a batch issue moves many campaigns to a "Not run" status and you need to run them again quickly.

This guide will walk you through how to select multiple campaigns in Mission Control and apply a bulk action.

Note: Bulk actions currently support scheduled campaigns only. Availability of each action also depends on the campaign's current status (see below).

Available Bulk Actions

Add to strategy: Adds the selected campaigns to a strategy you choose. Available for scheduled campaigns only.
Run today's occurrence: Runs the available campaign occurrences for today in a single click. Available only for scheduled campaigns that have an occurrence for today and are not already executing (not in Processing or Running status).

How to Apply a Bulk Action

Select your campaigns

In Mission Control, mark the campaigns you want using the checkboxes next to them.

Open the bulk actions menu

Once campaigns are selected, the bulk actions menu appears.

Choose an action

Select the action you want to apply.

If you choose Add to strategy, select the relevant strategy.

Click Apply.

You'll be notified whether the action succeeded via the notification panel in the top-right corner.
