In Mission Control you can monitor the statuses of your campaigns according to our campaign status indicators.
There are two columns you can use to monitor the status of your campaigns:
- Current Status
- Statuses
Current Status
The 'Current Status' column indicates the status of the latest campaign being executed.
For recurring campaigns, Optimove determines which campaign occurrence's 'current status' should be indicated using the following rules:
| Campaign Occurrence | Status Indicator |
| If there is a campaign occurrence being executed today | The current status will indicate the status of today's campaign |
| If there is no campaign occurrence being executed today, but a future occurrence scheduled | The current status will indicate the status of the next campaign occurrence in the campaign series |
| If there is no campaign occurrence being executed today, and no future occurrences scheduled | The current status will indicate the status of the latest campaign that was executed in the campaign series |
Statuses
The 'Statuses' column indicates the status of all your campaigns within a campaign series.
For example, below you can see in the first campaign series, there is 1 Failed campaign, 12 Completed campaigns and 4 Running campaigns.
Campaign Status Overview
Draft
A campaign that has been saved as a draft. You can manage and edit your drafts until ready for execution. Learn how to draft a campaign here.
Scheduled
Once a campaign has been scheduled.
Scheduled campaigns (before execution) display only the action name(s).
Processing
This indicates that Optimove is preparing the campaign for execution.
Running
No Customers
This indicates that the campaign was not executed because no customers matched the campaign’s Target Group criteria on the day the campaign was scheduled to run.
Not Run
This indicates that Optimove was unable to run the campaign at the scheduled time because up-to-date customer data was not available.
Click Run Campaign in the campaign menu to execute the campaign immediately using the latest available data (only available on the campaign’s scheduled execution day).
Failed
This indicates that Optimove was unable to execute the campaign due to a technical problem with the selected channel or back-end integration.
Edit the campaign to fix the problem and click Run Campaign to retry, or contact Support for assistance.
Partially Failed
This status indicates that Optimove was unable to execute one or more components of this campaign, while at least one component of the campaign was executed successfully.
Edit the campaign to fix the failed element and click Run Campaign to retry executing only the failed component(s), or contact Support for assistance.
