Quick Send Campaigns allow marketers to react instantly to opportunities by quickly creating and launching a campaign with minimal setup.
Quick Send is the third campaign type available in the campaign creation page, alongside Scheduled Campaigns and Triggered Campaigns. It is designed for scenarios where marketers need to act fast and send a campaign immediately.
Unlike other campaign types, Quick Send campaigns are simplified and include one action, one channel, and one template, making them ideal for rapid execution.
Marketers can also create Quick Send campaign drafts in advance, allowing them to prepare ahead of time and launch even faster when the right opportunity arises.
Benefits
- Immediate campaign execution: Launch campaigns instantly when an opportunity arises.
- Simple and fast setup: Create and launch a campaign quickly using a streamlined flow with one channel, template, and action.
- Ideal for fast engagement: Perfect for gaming scenarios or other moments where marketers need to respond immediately to customer activity.
Key Considerations
⚠️ Important: Once a Quick Send campaign has been launched, it cannot be cancelled or stopped.
- Execution Speed: Quick Send Campaigns are sent immediately, provided the Target Group (TG) is simple and consists only of customer attributes. The more conditions added to the TG, the longer it may take to execute.
- Template Requirements: Templates must include only customer data personalization tags. Data Connections and Liquid are currently not supported for Quick Send Campaigns and will result in slower execution time.
- No Control Group: These campaigns do not include a control group or A/B testing for comparison purposes.
- All Campaigns Are Immediate: Quick Send campaigns are executed as soon as they are launched, with no delay or scheduling options.
- No Conditional Execution: These campaigns cannot have conditional execution; actions are applied uniformly to the entire selected Target Group.
- Channel Eligibility Must Be Added to the Target Group: Quick Send Campaigns do not apply channel eligibility at execution. To exclude ineligible customers, add the relevant channel eligibility conditions to the Target Group.
