The Optimove AI Offer Decisioning Agent is a recurring A/B/n campaign (comprised of two or more competing actions plus a control group) that learns and improves over time by analyzing its results. Unlike standard A/B/n campaigns, the AI Offer Decisioning Agent automatically adjusts and optimizes its performance according to the response patterns of the customers receiving it, compared to those of the control group. The result is consistently greater marketing performance with minimal effort on the marketer's part!
Even though AI Offer Decisioning Agent (formerly Self-Optimizing Campaigns) are based on sophisticated machine learning technology, they are as easy to set up in Optimove as a standard campaign!

3. Select the first Action (Action A) and complete its setup. For example, “10% Discount.”

4. Click “Add Action”

5. Select the second Action (Action B) and complete its setup.
|| Note that depending on what you desire in the test, Action B can be the same or a different Action than Action A. For this example, we will test different discount levels and select “20% Discount.”

6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional treatments to the A/B/n test.
7. When you’ve finalized setting up the competing Actions, you will notice that the Self Optimizing Campaign option is selected and the Action percentages greyed out. Optimove will dynamically change these percentages at the customer cluster level as responses are collected.
