Channels
For all of our native execution channels, we've made improvements across the board to make template management and editing even easier.
Drag-and-Drop Folders and Templates
You now have the ability to drag and drop both templates and folders into different folder locations, making it even easier to manage templates at scale.
To drag templates, or folders, into a new location, simply hover over the item you wish to move, then drag using the drag indicator (highlighted in the image below) and drop into your desired location.
Please note that you will not be able to drag and drop between scheduled/triggered folders.
Jump Between Templates
For easier navigation between templates, we are enabling the ability to jump between templates within a folder directly in the template editor.
To jump between templates, click on the folder icon next to the title of the template, and navigate to any template you want.
Please note that you will not be able to jump between triggered/scheduled templates.
Open Template in a New Tab
To make it easier to work on your templates, and keep an eye on the template lobby at the same time, we've reintroduced the ability to open templates in a new tab. Simply right-click on the template name, and select Open Link in New Tab to start working on your template.
Simple Sorting by Template Name or Date Modified
You can also now sort your templates in the lobby either alphabetically (A-Z, Z-A) or by date modified (New-Old, Old-New).
Easily Duplicate Templates
You can now duplicate templates quickly and easily directly from the template lobby, simply by clicking on the duplicate icon on the template preview card.
OptiText
Stay Compliant with One-Way Opt-Out
We’re introducing one-way opt-out, which is the ability for your customers to opt out by clicking a link in an SMS campaign.
Why is this important? In some regions, you can use two-way opt-out to unsubscribe from SMS campaigns, which is when a customer replies “STOP” or a similar keyword to show their intent to opt out. In other regions, two-way communication is not supported by mobile carriers, so one-way opt-out is the solution needed to stay compliant.
When a customer clicks an opt-out link, they’ll be taken to a confirmation screen, where they simply need to click “Confirm Opt Out” to be unsubscribed. You can even brand this opt-out page for a more unified experience. Learn more about the process here.
Opti-X
Customizable Gaming Boosts
Until now, when setting up game recommendation Placements in Opti-X, you've been able to set constraints or rules, for example, only show this game to certain audiences, or set specific tag rules on which games can be included or excluded.
Our new customizable Gaming Boosts are slightly different, in that they don’t exclude or include specific games from the recommendations, but instead influence how often or little they should appear, for example giving a certain product an advantage over others.
This will give you more control and influence over the output of their recommendations and gives them the ability to favor things like high-profit margin games or boost games from a specific operator as part of a strategic partnership, all without losing the personalized, dynamic experience for the end-customer.
OptiMail
Re-Usable, Scalable Content in Email
It’s just got even easier for you to deliver personalized campaigns at scale. Content Tags bring the ability for clients to edit 100s of campaigns at the same time – saving hours of manual effort for marketing teams. Create tags that contain content that might be repeated (think email footers or Call-To-Action sections), and add the tags to as many templates as required. When you need to make a change, change the tag once and the change will be reflected everywhere that tag is used.
