Reachability Attributes
Reachability attributes enable you to more accurately determine which of your customers are eligible to receive your marketing campaigns. There are three key benefits to taking advantage of reachability attributes in your mobile campaigns:
- Create more relevant and accurate target groups for your mobile-based campaigns, by filtering irrelevant customers who opted out of the mobile channels, or who no longer use your mobile app.
- Improved reporting and analysis, by ensuring that irrelevant customers are not included in your Sent metrics.
- Avoid locking irrelevant customers into campaigns where they can’t be reached, and instead ensure they can be reached by other, more relevant campaigns (depending on campaign inclusions/exclusions).
You'll now be able to add Reachability Attributes to your Target Groups in order to only target those who are actually reachable, improving the accuracy and reliability of mobile campaigns.
Only available for OptiMobile channels: Mobile Push, In-App, Web Push.

Enhanced analysis and segmentation abilities for Purchase History attributes
By creating Purchase History attributes, you can get a deeper understanding of your customers based on the games they played/items they purchased, and as a result, create even more granular target groups.
With this update, you can now create different types of Purchase History attributes using the newest functions:
- First: the first game played/item purchased
- Last: the last game player/item purchased
- Most Frequent: customers that played the specific game/purchased the item most frequently
- Most Spent: customers that spent the most on the specific game/item

View Personalized Templates in Customer 360
Customer 360 is the go-to for all information on an individual customer.
To provide you with even more visibility of your communications with an individual customer, we now enable you to view the specific email template the customer received.
The personalization tags of the template will even be populated to the nearest recorded value so you can see almost the exact template a customer received.

Streams
Increased flexibility in Stream Analysis
The Stream Analysis page determines the winning treatment in your Stream, so that you can instantly optimize your marketing strategy.
Previously, if a Stream was in 'Completed' status, you were unable to opt to keep the winning treatment in the Stream Analysis page as it was outside the analysis range of the Stream. As a result, you were missing out on generating all that extra revenue for streams being executed after the analysis range.
With this update, you will be able to keep the winning treatment for streams executed after the analysis range or stop treatments that are still running even after the analysis period of the stream has already ended.
