Homepage Dashboard
A Brand-New Optimove Homepage
The Dashboard has been revamped to provide you with a combination of customer and campaign insights to start your day.
Whether you want to track campaign performance against any KPI or analyze the response rates of your target groups, you now have the tools to measure and optimize your personalization strategy all in one place.

Mission Control
Track Customer Coverage for Live Customers
To make the Mission Control Dashboard even more insightful, we have improved the Customer Coverage widget to include coverage for all customers and only ‘live’ customers.
This allows you to get a more comprehensive overview of what portion of your customer base you are targeting, without your analysis being affected by customers in the Dormant or Churned lifecycle stages.

Autosave For Your Customized Mission Control View
To streamline your workflow while utilizing Optimove, we have updated Mission Control to autosave all your customizations until you log out of the platform. This includes your chosen date range, KPI, filters, column, sorting, and more!

Streams
Experiment with Multiple Treatments
You can now a/b test your streams with up to four treatments (plus a super control group) when building your streams to determine the strategy that will enable you to achieve your business goals.
For example, perhaps you want to test how different execution channels affect engagement, or how a single-channel treatment will compare to a multi-channel treatment. Or maybe you want to test how different promotions are affecting your net revenue.
These experiments can then be analyzed against a super control group, allowing us to accurately measure the incremental uplift of each treatment in your Stream.
Please note, this is currently in Closed Beta.

Enhanced Stream Analysis
With a new Stream Builder comes a new Stream Analysis.
Get all new analytics on your streams with the ability to measure your streams against multiple different KPIs, and understand the true impact of each individual campaign based on our multi-touch attribution model.
Please note, this is currently in Closed Beta.
To get more details, read here.
Updated Stream Settings
You can now choose to stop all future occurrences of a running stream while keeping the stream running for customers who are mid-stream.
This means no new customers will be targeted, however, customers that have already begun the stream will continue to receive the remaining campaigns in the treatment and complete their journey.
API Management
Access Data with Maximum Security using API Keys
To improve security when making API calls, we have transitioned from creating API users with a username and password to API keys.
Now when making new API integrations, you will need to generate an API Key as your authentication. Note, you can continue with the username and password method for existing API integrations.
To learn how to generate API Keys for new integrations, read here and the Optimove API Usage Guide.
OptiMobile
Web Push Notifications in iOS
We have added support for web push notifications on Safari 16 on desktop and iOS Safari. This means that if you have a Progressive Web Apps (PWA), you'll be able to send web push notifications to app users on iOS devices. This is an update to the Web SDK, but don't worry, you don't need to make any changes in order to take advantage of this feature.
