The Multi-Path Quiz (or Branching Quiz) is an advanced format that allows you to create dynamic, personalized journeys for your users. Based on a participant's answer to a question, you can lead them down a unique path with different follow-up questions and a tailored final result screen.
Branching quizzes can become complex quickly. Before you start building, we highly recommend mapping out your questions, answer paths, and final results on a piece of paper or a flowchart tool. This will make the setup process much faster and easier.

Building Your Branching Quiz
The entire setup is handled in the 'Game' screen editor. The process involves creating your questions and then linking each answer choice to a specific follow-up question or a final result.
Step 1: Create Your Questions and Answer Choices
Start by clicking "New question" to add your starting question. Add your question text and the possible answer choices, just like in a standard trivia game.
Step 2: Link Answers to Follow-Up Questions
This is the key step that creates the branching paths. For each answer choice, use the dropdown menu next to it to select which question the user should be taken to if they choose that answer. You can direct different answers to different follow-up questions.
Step 3: Link the Final Answers to a Result
When a path is complete, instead of linking an answer to another question, you will link it to a final "Result" screen. This is the endpoint of that specific path and can contain a unique message for the user.
Step 4: Visualize and Test Your Flow
Because branching logic can be complex, we provide a visual flow viewer. Click the "eye" icon next to any question in the to open the viewer. You can then click through the different answer paths to test your logic and ensure every branch leads to the correct destination.
