One of the advantages of working with Optimove is access to all your customer’s historical data. It helps you discover changes in customer behavior, and create powerful target groups, and also helps us reach great statistical power when predicting customer behavior.
Predictive customer data allows you to anticipate your customers’ behavior before it takes place, allowing you to act to encourage or prevent it before it happens.
This month, we released two significant enhancements to the Risk of Churn attribute:
1. Usability: We created five levels of risk to churn: Critical, High, Medium, Low, and Lowest. This way, you can quickly identify and target segments with similar churn risk.
2. Measurement: With the new measurement, our machine learning algorithm will analyze unique individual movements from any of the "Live" lifecycle stages to the Churn lifecycle stage. In addition, this analysis will take place every day – not just between periods. This means a dynamic and real-time prediction of your customer base.
