Analyze your Eligibility & Exclusion set up at any given date
As your Eligibility & Exclusion rules change from day to day, it can be difficult to keep up with which campaigns your customers receive.
With this enhancement, you can now see which customers were excluded and why within any date range of a recurring campaign, further enabling you to set up priority and exclusion rules that are optimal for your business.
New Exclusion Result
There is now an additional exclusion reason that can be found in your Eligibility & Exclusion setup: same campaign duration.
The same campaign duration means customers that are eligible to receive a recurring campaign are excluded as the campaign occurrence overlaps with the duration period of the previous occurrence of the same campaign.
