Export Channel Metrics Button Added

You can now export a CSV list of the channel metrics performance.

The exported CSV will list all of the templates delivered as part of the triggered campaign and detail channel metrics for each template.

Access the report by clicking the blue indication in the "Channel" column.

Channel Metrics Template Breakdown Added

The Template Breakdown overlay will showcase all of the templates delivered as part of the triggered campaign, as well as channel metrics for each template.

Dynamic Graph Added for Campaign Metrics

You can now easily visualize your campaign’s uplift with our new dynamic graphs.

Occurrence Date is now called Occurrence Calendar

The occurrence date column has been renamed to Occurrence Calendar to better reflect its function.

Updating & Reactivating Triggers or Triggered Campaigns

Updating triggered campaigns has become a lot faster!

Any changes made to the triggered campaign details via the Campaign Builder will be applied immediately for campaigns that make use of First Time and Converted Today target groups.
Changes made to the triggered campaign details via the Campaign Builder will be applied after the next daily process for campaigns that make use of Customer target groups.
Changes to triggers will be applied immediately.

New Triggered Campaign Status Indication

Target groups with associated triggered campaigns will now display each campaign’s status within the Manage Target Groups page, as follows:

Inactive – The campaign is not running
Scheduled – The campaign start date is in the future
Processing – The campaign is running for a subset of customers
Active – The campaign is running
Failed - An error occurred, and the campaign cannot run

New HTTP Validation

An HTTP validation was added to inform you when one of your template’s links is invalid. This rule highlights links that are missing “http://” or “https://”.

Facebook Custom Audiences – Additional Matching Parameters

You can now use additional matching parameters to create Facebook Custom Audiences!

The new parameters include Gender, Birthday, First name, Last name, First name initial, State code, City, and Zip code. Read more about the Optimove-Facebook Custom Audience Integration in this article.
