Priority Management – Auto-Priority
Our Auto-Priority option is now out of beta and available to all customers!
You can now let Optimove auto-prioritize your target groups right from the Prioritize Target Group page, to create customer-led journeys that dynamically adapt to the latest customer data.
Once a target group is set to auto-prioritization, Optimove identifies all the campaigns for which each customer is eligible (all the auto-priority target group’s a customer is a part of), every day, and evaluates all the future journey possibilities, outcome probabilities, and potential gains.
Leveraging this data, Optimove autonomously prioritizes campaigns, decides on the next best action for each individual customer, and creates a Self-Optimizing Journey.

Migration Explorer – Brand/Country Filter Added
Many of you have asked us for the ability to track lifecycle migrations within a specific brand/country. Now, you can track specific migrations by filtering the report according to brand or country.

Optimail
API additions (GetUnsubscribers)
With this new Optimail API function, you can retrieve email addresses that are a part of a global unsubscribe list.
Optimail users can utilize this API to put in place automated procedures that will continuously fetch their unsubscribed customers.

Triggered In-App Integration with Airship
Optimove and Airship’s new integration makes it easy to plan and execute triggered mobile in-app campaigns, driven by the advanced customer segmentation & orchestration capabilities available in Optimove.
Joint clients can now deliver in-app messages without requiring additional development resources.

API Updates
- Additional engagement metrics can now be retrieved by callingGetCustomerChannelInteractions, including spam and bounced. This is relevant only for Optimail & Optipush campaigns or in cases where the metrics were reported via an API.
- Optimove Technology Partners with third-party access to Optimove’s API can now use GetCampaignDetails to retrieve campaign properties such as duration and lead time.
